Ordering
Where’s my order?
Most likely it’s on its way! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once it ships. If you’ve been waiting longer than you’d like, feel free to reach out.
When will you send my order?
We’re quick to pack it up! Orders usually ship within 1 business day (unless it’s a pre-order or a restock). You’ll get a shipping confirmation in your email (please check your spam folder!) when it's on its way to you.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order means you’re getting first dibs on something before it’s even hit our online shelves! We’ll let you know when it’s available to ship, so you can start counting down the days.
Will you restock once items are sold out?
We love a good comeback story! While some items may restock, others may be one-and-done. Keep an eye on our site, or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restock notifications.
Do you sell gift cards?
No, not yet!
Do you offer store credits?
Currently, we don’t offer store credits, but we do accept returns (under our return policy).
How do I know which size to get?
When in doubt about the size you need for a specific item, let us know via email: hello@wolvie.nl and we’ll get back to you!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Do you ship overseas?
Not all over the world but at the moment we ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy & Spain!
What does shipping costs?
Currently shipping for orders over 100 EUR in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free! 🚚 Below 100 EUR, shipping costs 6,95 EUR in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For France, Spain & Italy it's best to check at check-out what these shipping costs will be.
How do I return an item?
Just head to our Returns page, fill out the form, and ship it back to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of you as the customer. Don’t forget to keep your tracking number handy, just in case.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we are always happy to help you exchange an item! It's best to shoot us an e-mail - hello@wolvie.nl - with your order number, name and the item you would like to exchange for a different size or a different item.
