Returns
We want you to love your Wolvie pieces, but if something’s just not working out, don’t worry! You can return it for a refund as long as:

It's been less than 14 days since delivery.

It’s unworn, unwashed, free from stains or scents (like perfume), and still has its tags and is in its original packaging.
We want everything to come back to us looking just as great as when you first received it. So, if your return doesn’t meet these conditions, unfortunately, we can’t process the refund.
If it does, go to our Returns form [here], fill out the form and let us know which item you would like to return, and ship it back to us. Please note that the shipping costs are on you, so be sure to choose a trackable shipping service - we’re not responsible if your return gets lost or stolen while in transit. Also, keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. You’ll get your money back to your original payment method, and we’ll send you an email once it’s done.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we don’t do exchanges. Right now, we only process returns, but we’re always looking for ways to improve! You can return your item and place a new order for the right size or style.
Faulty Item?
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we are sorry, please let us know! Shoot us an email at hello@wolvie.nl with photos of the item, and we’ll take care of it. However, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by general wear and tear. So, be sure to double-check that it’s not just some everyday wear.
