Return Policy
We want you to love your Wolvie pieces, but if something’s just not working out, don’t worry! You can return it for a refund as long as:

It's been less than 14 days since delivery.

It’s unworn, unwashed, free from stains or scents (like perfume), and still has its tags and is in its original packaging.
We want everything to come back to us looking just as great as when you first received it. So, if your return doesn’t meet these conditions, unfortunately, we can’t process the refund.
Return Process
1). Go to our Returns form [here], fill out the form and let us know which item you would like to return, and ship it back to us.
2). Ship the items you would like to return back to us, use this return address:

Please note that the shipping costs are on you and that the original shipping costs for getting your order shipped to your place (6,95 EUR) are also non-refundable.
3). Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. You’ll get your money back of the items you've returned to your original payment method, and we’ll send you an email once it’s done.
Exchanges
We can arrange an exchange for you. So if your item doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit, you can email us at hello@wolvie.nl if you would like to have another item or another size.
Faulty Item?
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we are sorry, please let us know! Shoot us an email at hello@wolvie.nl with photos of the item, and we’ll take care of it. However, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by general wear and tear. So, be sure to double-check that it’s not just some everyday wear.
